Unity Service

Unity in the Church is very important.  We read of Jesus praying for unity in John 17.  On the Fifth Sunday of the month, we move our Sunday morning worship service to West Virginia State University in Institute, West Virginia, for the Kanawha Valley Unity Service, sponsored by our congregation, Cross Lanes Church of Christ, Griffithsville Church of Christ, Kanawha City Church of Christ, and many other area churches. This service is always very encouraging with beautiful singing, an inspiring message from God’s Word, communion together, and wonderful fellowship with our sister congregations.  It is important to strive to maintain our unity in Jesus Christ.

The service begins at 10:00 a.m.  There are always opportunities to carpool to this service from our building.  Contact the church office for more information.
